We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Intern to support the legal and finance teams, with a focus on legal operations for international customer contracts. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team on the preparation, review, and execution of customer agreements. The business is electronic only normally with no printed documents. It is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (need not be a in law) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in international commercial legal processes within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Job Description:
- Work with sales representatives, the Head of Legal, and the Sales Contract Coordinator on preparing and administrating customer license and services agreements.
- Provide administrative support across departments to help ensure consistent contract procedures are followed.
- Maintain and update the contract management system, ensuring documents are processed, approved, and signed efficiently and accurately.
- Support the Finance team by compiling contract data and preparing reports for analysis.
