This position primarily focused on development of Quantios products that are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Dynamics NAV) using modern tools, technologies, and methods you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of those products.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Central Developer to join our team and work on our ISV solution, Quantios Core, tailored for the trust and corporate service industry.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly the Financial Management module, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet industry-specific business needs.
This role involves close collaboration within a Scrum team, working alongside QA engineers and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software solutions
Job Description:
Solution Design and Development:
- Lead the design, development, and customization of the Quantios Core solution based on Business Central.
- Develop and maintain custom extensions and integrations using AL code, ensuring they align with industry-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Financial Management Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Business Central's Financial Management module to implement features and enhancements that meet client needs in the Trust and Corporate Service industry.
- Ensure that all financial management processes are effectively integrated and optimized within Quantios Core.
System Integration:
- Integrate Quantios Core with other enterprise systems and third-party applications relevant to the industry.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Agile Development:
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration and Mentoring:
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance to help them develop their skills in Business Central and AL programming.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
Documentation:
- Document technical designs, code changes, and system configurations.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision.
- Extensive experience with the Financial Management module of Business Central.
- Proven experience working on ISV solutions or industry-specific applications, preferably in Trust and Corporate Services.
Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE programming languages.
- Strong understanding of Business Central architecture and customization.
- Experience with integration tools such as APIs, web services, and third-party connectors.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.
Agile Development:
- Hands-on experience in a Scrum or Agile development environment, including active participation in ceremonies like sprint planning and daily
stand-ups.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in optimizing Business Central performance and resolving technical issues.
