We are hiring for a Strategy Consultant based in Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in office). The role analyze our customers’ current business operations, and by leveraging knowledge of market trends / conditions and best practices within the TFCS industry and broader Financial Services industry identify key areas of improvement and potential growth and help our customers justify the investment into people, processes and technology needed to achieve them.

Job Description:

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to our customers on financial technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyse our customers financials, KPIs and operational information to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to develop strategic plans and roadmaps for our customers to achieve their business objectives.
  • Assist our customers in implementing strategic initiatives and organizational changes by proposing change management initiatives related to financial technology, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • In collaboration with Solution Engineering Team, offer insights and recommendations on business processes, organizational structure, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative customer data to make informed recommendations and employ statistical and analytical tools to derive insight.
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor and measure results of solution benefits against pre-solution baseline and industry KPIs and to provide regular feedback to our customers.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with some of that time working in a strategic role and/or with a strategy consulting firm.
  • Demonstrable experience of strategic planning and analytic consulting and the associated tools and techniques needed, such as time and motion studies, data analytics, SWOT analysis, ROI modelling, etc.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale business transformation projects and initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory standards in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of the trust and corporate service marketplace a plus, but not essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification would be highly desirable.

Travel to offices and client sites globally may be required.
