The Junior Legal Content and Data Support role is responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and enrichment of legal content and corporate legal data within Klea’s platform. This includes supporting the development of user guides, FAQs, and training materials, as well as ensuring the accuracy and compliance of document templates and corporate legal data.
This role plays a key part in enhancing the quality and accessibility of legal content, supporting customer education efforts, and maintaining structured legal data that aligns with regulatory requirements. The Junior Legal Content and Data Support professional contributes to content enrichment initiatives, working closely with senior content consultants and managers to standardize templates, manage corporate data, and improve legal document repositories.
- Assist in creating and editing legal content, including articles, user guides, and FAQs, following established templates and guidelines.
- Support the management and organization of document templates, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Ensure all templates and content adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain consistency across legal documents.
- Assist in the review, enrichment, and structuring of corporate legal data for improved platform usability and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of user education materials, including ‘How-to’ videos and training documentation.
- Support senior team members during customer training sessions and webinars, ensuring customers gain confidence in using Klea’s legal entity management tools.
- Participate in internal training sessions to develop expertise in Klea’s platform and legal content requirements.
- Work with Legal Content Enrichment Consultants and Managers to refine Klea’s content strategy.
- Assist in standardizing document templates and legal workflows for consistency and efficiency.
- Support initiatives to enhance automation in content and legal data management.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving legal content accessibility and structuring within Klea’s platform.
- Seek solutions rather than problems, proactively addressing issues with a constructive approach.
Travel to offices and client sites overseas may be required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a legal, public administration, content management, or SaaS-related role (internships included).
- A legal, public administration, or communications background is preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating structured legal content.
- Proven professional proficiency in English (knowledge of German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is a plus).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing legal content and corporate data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
