Overview/Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead operational marketing activities across the APAC region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through strategic programmes, supporting top-of-funnel pipeline development, and delivering effective marketing campaigns that resonate with the local market.
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for localising and executing global marketing strategies to generate demand, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility. Reporting to the Lead of Growth Marketing based in the UK HQ, this role will work closely with regional teams in APAC to execute operational campaigns, provide sales support, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.
Job Description:
- Revenue-Driven Marketing Execution:
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans that drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and directly contribute to revenue targets.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns including social media, email, and content marketing, tailored to the APAC market to drive demand generation and increase sales conversions.
- Work closely with the digital team to optimise PPC, landing pages, and other digital assets to maximise campaign effectiveness and enhance regional performance.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Provide regular updates to the Lead of Growth Marketing on performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth within the APAC market.
- Event Management
- Lead the planning and execution of regional events such as customer advisory roadshows, conferences and industry shows that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
- Manage event logistics and on-site coordination to ensure successful execution and maximum impact.
- Localisation and Market Adaptation
- Localise global marketing programmes to fit the diverse APAC market, ensuring all campaigns and content are culturally relevant and resonate with local audiences.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to tailor messaging, positioning, and collateral specific to regional customer needs and market conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams in the APAC region to align marketing activities with business goals and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Act as the bridge between APAC regional teams and the UK HQ, ensuring that regional insights and needs are reflected in global marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing or regional marketing management with B2B SaaS firms.
- Proven track record of executing marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Expertise in planning and executing regional events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, logistical management expertise, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus.
