The PMO Support Lead (Senior Project Manager) based in KL will lead the PMO Support team as part of the Global PMO that provides Programme and Project Management services to Quantios customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery Support
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle ideally in a software vendor environment.
- Proficient in resource planning, scheduling, and risk management for multiple projects.
- Ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics.
- Project Management: Manage the project engagement and activities across Quantios teams engaged in a project, either individually or working with another Project or Programme Manager.
- Assure delivery against the Quantios Delivery Framework, providing guidance to the teams across the Delivery Portfolio as necessary.
- Oversight and assurance across programme and project standards and measurements: Cost, Time, Scope, Quality.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen
- Skilled in budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking at Project, Programme and Portfolio level.
- Lead and drive the month end process across the portfolio, ensuring all tracking, management and execution to deadlines. Interface with Finance through the month end.
- Ensure Services Revenue activities, services billing and PO administration are completed in line with processes and deadlines across CS Ops Functions.
- Ability to support contract management, including scope, cost, and change control.
- Experience managing commercial aspects of client-facing projects and services.
- Timesheet Control across the portfolio
- Manage processes across Additional time, WIP and Write off Process administration and reporting
- General Admin – create and update projects from requests/as approved/PMO Mailbox mgmt,
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensures adherence to PMO governance, standards, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI/PMP/PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to maintain and ensure compliance with relevant best practices.
- Assure delivery against the Quantios Delivery Framework, providing guidance to the teams across the Delivery Portfolio as necessary.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in stakeholder reporting and escalation management.
- Ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct and support project meetings with internal Sponsors and customer executive representatives (Steering Group)
5. Toolset Proficiency
- Advanced skills in PMO tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, CMAP, Power BI would be advantageous).
- Knowledge of project portfolio management software.
- Ability to automate and streamline reporting processes

- Change and Transformation experience to support a growing PMO function within a growing business. Ability to support and drive change across the team, flexibility and sensitivity to change within the team and adjacent functions.

7. Leadership & Team Coordination
- Proven ability to lead and mentor PMO staff.
- Coordinates with project managers, ensuring alignment on delivery and commercial objectives.
- Work with the heads of department to review and continuously improve PMO services
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Expertise in producing executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Provide regular auditing and reporting all key projects - typically this will include progress against target, risk evaluation (revenue, customer issues, internal issues, etc)
Key Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in PMO/Software Project Management delivery roles, with at least 5+ years in a PMO management role
- Experience of Project delivery to end customers of software solutions and products, ideally within a vendor delivery environment.
