We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Executive to process and manage global payroll operations for our 300 employees in all locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring end-to end accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliant with local laws and regulations worldwide.

Job Description:

  • Manage payroll processing for all employees across multiple jurisdictions, locations include but not limited to UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Channel Islands
  • Act as the main contact and take responsibility of maintaining our third-party payroll system RSM and IPPEX
  • Coordinate with local payroll contacts and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Manage payroll calendars to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements in all operating countries
  • Coordinate with the local People teams to maintain accurate employee data and process updates
  • Review and approve payroll calculations, including but not limited to salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, commission and deductions
  • Hold monthly meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective payroll checking and sign offs
  • Own all payroll related queries from employees that come into the payroll inbox
  • Prepare and submit statutory payments and returns to relevant governments
  • Ownership of uploading pension/CPF/EPF/Superannuation files
  • Analyse tax implications and provide reporting related to company benefits
  • Reconcile payroll reports and provide any required reports ad-hoc
  • Maintain detailed processes for payroll processes and procedures
  • Keep up to date on employment law and tax regulation changes across all regions
  • Prepare and submit year end reporting e.g. PSA

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related Payroll qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll management
  • Experience in handling global payrolls
  • Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements although training will be provided
  • Experience using a global payroll platform/software
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, advanced excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
