Job Description:

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting at application level to identify the area of fault, be it in the code, environment, or configuration, and implement necessary fixes.
  • Propose workarounds for application defects whenever feasible.
  • Provide on-site/off-site technical support for applications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis reports.
  • Share acquired knowledge from client/industry experiences with the development team to contribute to a more comprehensive solution.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in second/third level support
  • Required skill(s): C#/VB.Net, Angular, Typescript, T-SQL, REST API,
  • Concept of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in web application development & cloud (AWS/Azure) application development is an added advantage.
