Job Description:
- Provide second/third level support to our clients or Internal Support team.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting at application level to identify the area of fault, be it in the code, environment, or configuration, and implement necessary fixes.
- Propose workarounds for application defects whenever feasible.
- Provide on-site/off-site technical support for applications.
- Conduct root cause analysis reports.
- Share acquired knowledge from client/industry experiences with the development team to contribute to a more comprehensive solution.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in second/third level support
- Required skill(s): C#/VB.Net, T-SQL, REST API,
- Concept of object-oriented programming.
- Experience in web application development & cloud (AWS/Azure) application development is an added advantage.
