Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you have a direct client facing role, positively impacting the top line of the company. Working closely with the Product team, you have deep understanding of the product and how this connects to client needs, you have experience mapping these needs and feeding that back to the Product team. Your key responsibilities revolve around creating regular touch points with all accounts, up selling new modules and timely securing renewal of existing contracts.
Travel to offices in the UK, Channel Islands and overseas may be required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• Pedigree in SaaS B2B environments with clear understanding of best practice in implementation and commercial contract management.
• You are a self-starter, creative and entrepreneurial who can operate at the day-day detail and the broader, long term time scales.
• Commercially minded to make value based assessments to help grow and retain our existing and future customer base.
• Experience in commercial pricing and contract negotiations.
• Experience in consistent reporting on progress and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Knowledge of Hubspot is ideal but an equivalent marketing automation platform is required.
• You have strong analytical skills with a focus on the detail.
• You are results driven and passionate about both the brand and the results.
• Experience of leveraging global campaigns and teams to execute and localise regionally.
